HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET?
We will do everything we can to give you all the photos your paid for. In the case that there aren’t enough photos we will refund you on a pro-rated price.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
We work very hard to get you your photos fast. Often we are much faster than traditional event photographers, getting you your photos in just a few weeks.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH INAPPROPRIATE PHOTOS?
Whenever we encounter inappropriate photos we discard and delete them from our drives. Our goal is to give you clean fun photos of your event.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP OUR PHOTOS?
We keep photos in your online gallery for 6 months following your event, giving you and your guests plenty of time to download and print all of the photos you like.
CAN OUR GUESTS CHOOSE WHAT PHOTOS THEY WANT TO SEND?
Yes, if your guests would like to select individual photos to exclude from our services they can simply open our app and select each photo they would like.
WHAT DOES EVERYONE NEED TO DO ONCE THE EVENT IS OVER?
Nothing! Once everyone has taken photos, and your event is over, we will download all of the photos from your event.
HOW TO MY GUESTS DOWNLOAD THE APP?
Once you create your event an email will be sent to you with a download link to the App and your event. All you need to do is share this with your guests. Each time a guest downloads the App you can receive an email notifying you, that way you can ensure everyone has it.
WHAT DO MY GUESTS NEED TO DO WITH THE APP?
The only thing your guests will need to do is download the app, and sign in to your event. They can do this immediately following you creating your event. Once they sign in they are done, they wont need to do anything once the event happens. They just need to take pictures as they normally would, with their normal phone camera app.
ARE OUR PHOTOS PRIVATE
We believe in privacy, your event photos will only be available to you and your guests. You will be issued a private online gallery with a password that only you and your guests will receive .
